CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the March 26, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m <br /> <br />ll. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the public hearings would take place first starting with the <br />police consolidation hearing. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the Historical District Update be removed from the <br />agenda and added to the next agenda. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers seconded bv Council Member Lee to <br />aDDrove the al!enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. March 26 2003 Council Worksession Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 8, fifth paragraph, last <br />sentence remove "seasonally." On Page 10, third paragraph note the lot is a corner lot. <br />On Page 15, under employee appreciation dinner indicate that another local council <br />donated in the past and then he asked if it were legal that Council could donate their <br />checks for this meal. <br />
