<br />Mayor Swedberg commented that the homeowners have said they do not want water and <br />then asked why their opinion did not count for something. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg commented that he felt all parties are equal in their opinion and right to <br />say whether they want City water or not. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Nelson to accent the feasibiUty study for watermain extension on County Road 14. <br />Ayes - 4. Nays -1 (Mayor Swedber2). Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Nelson to table nrenaration of the nbms and snecifications for the watermain <br />extension on County Road 14. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg asked if the City would need to have another public hearing on this <br />matter. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that the next public hearing would be the assessment <br />hearing. Ms. Moore-Sykes noted the assessment hearing would be held in November of <br />2002. <br /> <br />Vote: All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPE~CES/AVVARDS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />V. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. January 9.2002. Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked that Staff look up the spelling of Michelle Wrboleski's <br />name because she is the person referred to as "a resident in attendance" on Pages 11 and <br />13. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Canra to <br />annrove the January 9. 2002 Council Minutes as amended.
