Expected project start date is August 11 th (Monday)

2. Materials delivery date would be sometime next week - possibly August 5th or 6th - for delivery of the gabion
wire-cages and biologs. These materials will be delivered to the park by the materials supplier and placed by
the shoreline. Employees from Natural Shore will be on-site during the delivery.

3. I had met with Mike Knutson (Saint Paul Regional Water Authority) at the site this morning, to go over project
details for access for the contractor through their site. SPRWA will be coordinating directly with the contractor
and will be issuing a permit for access directly to them. SPRWA staff will temporarily remove a portion of their
chain-link fence along the property line for equipment access to the city park site, so that the contractor can
utilize the driveway on the SPRWA property, and reduce impacts to the park from equipment access. Mike of
SPRWA will also provide a gate key to the contractor.

The contractor's contact info is:

Natural Shore Technologies
Rob Langer
612-703-7581

Our contacts at the SPRWA are:
Mike Knutson (On-site details: fence removal, gate key/access)
651-775-6192 (office)

Jerry Straus (Access Permit Coordination)
Jerry .Strauss@ci.stpaul.mn.us

Sound ok? Any questions?

Thanks,
Gregg

8/6/2008
