<br />44. WALL SIGN: A sign constructed on a panel attached to a structure or raised <br />letters or symbols attached to a wall or combination thereof. Any sign not specifically allowed by this Ordinance is strictly prohibited in all <br />zoning districts, including off-site signs, flashing signs, mobile signs, roof signs, <br />rotating signs, painted signs, and billboards.
