<br />1009.06 <br /> <br />THROUGH AND CORNER LOTS: <br /> <br />In the case of through lots and/or comer lots, the square footage of signs shall be allowed for all <br />wall areas facing said street based on the requirements as outlined in Section 1009.08 of this <br />Chapter, except that 1 freestanding sign shall be allowed per interior or comer lot, 2 freestanding <br />signs for through lots or triple-fronted lots and 3 freestanding signs for lots surrounded on all <br />sides by public street frontage. (Ord. 1116, 10-12-1992) <br /> <br />1009.07 <br /> <br />NONCONFORMING SIGNS: <br /> <br />All nonconforming signs in existence on May 21, 2007 may continue subject to the provisions of <br />Chapter 1011 of this Title and State Law. (Ord. 884,7-27-1981) <br /> <br />1009.08 <br /> <br />REGULATIONS FOR B, SC AND I DISTRICTS: <br /> <br />Within the Business, Shopping Center and Industrial Districts the following requirements <br />pertaining to wall and freestanding signs shall apply (see chart next page). <br /> <br />1009.09 <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY: <br /> <br />Each part of the Section is hereby declared to be independently operative, and if any provisions <br />of the Section is determined to be facially invalid, or invalid as applied to a particular set of <br />circumstances, the remaining parts and the application of such parts to any person or <br />circumstance other than those held invalid, shall not be affected thereby, and it is hereby <br />declared that such parts would have been passed independently of parts known to be invalid. <br /> <br />- 19 - <br />
