<br />(2) It shall set forth the means by which the licensee will continually adhere to the <br />requirements of this Chapter which apply to planned manufacture home developments. <br /> <br />(3) It shall be the dutv of each licensee to keep a register containing a record of all <br />manufactured home owners and occupants located within the development. The licensee shall keep the <br />register available for inspection at all times by law enforcement officers. public health officials and <br />other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the information contained in the register. The <br />register record for each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of three years following <br />the date of departure of the registrant from the development. The register shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br />Ii) The name and address of each manufactured home occupant: <br /> <br />Iii) The name and address of the owner of each manufactured home; <br /> <br />liii) The make. model, year and license number of each manufactured home and motor <br /> <br />vehicle: <br /> <br />I iv) The state. territory or country issuing the licenses: and <br /> <br />Iv) The date of arrival and of departure of each manufactured home. <br /> <br />(4) The licensee shall designate or employ a caretaker who shall be in charge at all times to <br />keep the planned manufactured home development. its facilities and equipment in a clean. orderlv and <br />sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable. with the licensee. for the violation <br />of any provision of this Code or State law to which the licensee is subject. <br /> <br />PLAT SPECIFICATIONS AND PROCEDURE <br /> <br />~ 153.55 GENERAL. <br /> <br />In a subdivision for residential use of less than five lots and where the lots abut existing public <br />roads and utilities, the Council may waive certain requirements such as topographic, street and utility <br />specifications; in that instance the information is not required. <br /> <br />~ 153.56 SKETCH PLAN. <br /> <br />The subdivider shall prepare a sketch plan to present to the Planning and Zoning Commission at <br />the advisory meeting. This plan may be drawn as a freehand pencil sketch and does not require precise <br />27 <br />
