An evacuation plan will have to be developed and all staff will need to <br />have a copy of this plan and a working knowledge of the procedures <br />in it. All patrons and staffwill have to be accounted for. <br /> <br />2. Flood lights will have to be installed throughout the event area and <br />exits. These lights need to be controlled from a constantly attended <br />location and turned on immediately if a situation arises. <br /> <br />3. All event sounds and music will need to be shut down with a single <br />switch. <br /> <br />4. An electrical inspection of all circuits, outlets and fixtures will need to <br />be completed by a licensed electrician. A signed certificate will need <br />to submitted stating system is compliant. <br /> <br />5. Occupant load will have to be maintained below 20 participants and <br />plan for accountability demonstrated. <br /> <br />6. All exit and emergency lights will need to be operational. <br /> <br />7. Fire watch will need to be present. Person must make rounds every 15 <br />minute's. Must have a radio or phone to activate 911. This will be the <br />only task for this person. <br />
