Remedy - Biorolls will be installed, topsoil backfill will be placed along with erosion <br />control blanket and replacement plantings. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />12. The floating silt fence has floated into shore. In some areas it has jumped the bioroll stakes and <br />has washed up next to the plants. <br />a. Remedy - Bonestroo will seek the Watershed District's approval to remove the floating <br />silt curtain. Once approval is granted, the floating silt fence will be removed. <br />b. Timeline - Fall of 2007 <br />13. A portion of the gravel trail near the lake eroded. <br />a. Remedy - A row of sod (approximately 3' x 20') will be added along the edge of the trail, <br />and the trail will be regraded. <br />b, Timeline - In Progress <br />14. The rip rap near the lake is eroding around the edges. <br />a. Remedy - Fabric along the edge of the channel will be provided and rip rap replaced. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />15. Near the swing there is a depression in the path. <br />a, Remedy - The depression will be filled with gravel. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />16. The rock outcroppings at the raingarden have voids. <br />a. Remedy - Voids will be filled with concrete. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />17. At the head of the artesian well, the rocks should be large enough to be difficult for people to <br />move. <br />a. Remedy - A rock that is approximately 3' x 4' x 6" (or two rocks that are 12") will be <br />provided and placed over the artesian well. <br />b, Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />18. A tree that was trimmed did not get dressed. <br />a. Remedy - Wounds will be dressed. <br />b. Timeline - COMPLETED <br />19. The bike rack landing area was sodded when it should be gravel. <br />a. The drinking fountain's hose bib is not easily accessible, <br />a. Remedy - An angled connection to make access easier will be provided. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />23. A portion of the asphalt trail and the LaMotte Park parking lot was damaged during construction. <br />a. Remedy - The lot will be repaired. <br />b. Timeline - October 12, 2007 <br />
