<br />City Council 9-28-05 8:15 p.m. Work Session Minutes. Present were Mayor Mary Capra, <br />Council members Jeff Paar, Michelle Lakso, and Tom Lee. Also present was City <br />Attorney Jim Hoeft. Absent was Council member Richard Terway. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.The Council continued review of the draft City Code, chapters relating to <br />building, zoning, flood plain, subdivision and erosion control. The Council <br />completed review of the draft City Code. <br /> <br />2.Review of the Personnel Policy was deferred due the later hour. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Dallas Larson, Administrator <br /> <br />
