<br />Minutes of the 10 August 1966 <br /> <br />The Village Council of Centerville held their regular meeting in the <br />Village Hall on 10 August 1966. <br /> <br />Those present_ "were: <br /> <br />Mayor B:gon <br />Councilman LaMotte <br />tt Peterson <br />n Dupre <br />Treasurer Ruth Knabe <br />Clerk Happy <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />The minutes of the 13 July" meeting were read and aocepted. <br /> <br />Attorney Fred Peterson was' at the meeting to inform the Counoil that only <br />975 feet of the 1500 foot Peltier Road Drive had been properly dedicated to <br />the Village of Centerville by AI Burq~e. So the blacktop and ourbing will <br />have to be postponed until this is taken oare of. <br /> <br />The .Village council agreed to oppose the.Forest Lake plans for a deviation <br />of their sewage system that would effect the Lakes in Centerville. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to have some work done on Cemetary Road. <br /> <br />Motion was made by LaMotte 2nd by Peterson carried qy all, to premit <br />Carl'oll Skib"a," too "purelias"a a, First Aid Kit and" a" Re"i;Jusoit"at6r""for" the---polf"ce <br />car. Also to purchase an Adding Machine and ~ File Cabinet for the Olerk. <br /> <br />Mayor Bryon said he will have 4 signs made,prohibiting the throwing of <br />trash in the Lakes. These signs will be plaoed by the Pavillion. <br /> <br />The Clerk is to hire some one to paint the Village Hall, White ceiling <br />Green Walls and Gray Floor. He will also make a4 foot pinoh.Bar for the <br />Police Car, and answer the letter from the Dept'. of Heal thfloonoerning the <br />Water Pollution in the Lakes, and invite Mr T. W. Woodward, Derector of the <br /> <br />- " <br /> <br /> <br />o Dept. to attend one of our meetings and explain what can be done here. <br /> <br />Traasurer Ruth Knabe reports the balance to be $4,084.05 <br /> <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />The following bills were agreed upon to be paid. <br />Northwestern Bell Tele.
