Minutes of Special Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Centerville Anoka County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village - Council of the Village of Centerville, Minnesota, was duly held at the C~ Village Hall in said Village on Tuesda3", the fifth day of J~, 1966, at 1:30 o'clock P. M. The follGWing memQerswere present: M~yor Bryan, Clerk Happy" and Council- & ' men LaMotte, Peterson and Dupre. None were absent. Mayor Bryan introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: ':of Reso luti on No. 101 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON PELTIER LAKE DRIVE IMPROVPMENT, PROJECT 66-1 WHEREAS it is proposed to ~~rove that portion of Peltier Lake Drive which has been accepted by the Village, by grading, filling and . constructing the road ~~d, together with bituminous surfacing, curb and necessary drainage appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion" of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as amended It NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF eEl...' ~ERVILLE, MINNESOTA: i'~./ ( ~~ That the proposed improvement be referred to J. R. Hoffman, Registered En- gineer, for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with" all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whe- ther the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whethex- it should best be'made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the es- timated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Clerk Happy and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
