(' -~-- <br /> <br />Minutes of the 3 May 1966 Meeting <br /> <br />The Vi11a.ge Counoil of Centerville held a special mee1;ing on 3 I~ay 1966. <br /> <br />Those present were: Mayor Bryon <br />Councilman Dupre <br />Councilman La Motte <br />-Counoilman Peterson- <br />Clerk Happy <br /> <br />This mee.ting was oa"lled to discuss the problems that might arise from allowing <br />.Carol Butters,'::.owner of the Twin Lakes ~ountry Club, to promote a teen age <br />danc~ on Wednesday. <br /> <br />I\' <br />After much discussion, it was agreed upon qy the counoil to allow )tlss Butters <br />to:..have such dances on the following date~, if no problems arise. <br /> <br />4 IVIay 1966 <br />11 May 1966 <br />18 May 1966 <br /> <br />Carol Butters also agreed to the following recomendations of the Council: <br /> <br />Two uniformed .patrolmen for the first dance <br />One patrolma.n for every 100 patrons from then on <br />No entering and re-entering qy a~one paying admission <br />The time: 1:00~;P.~i. to 11=P.~i. <br />Teenagers to be fairly dressed up <br /> <br />If these rules are not abided by, permission will be revoked after the <br />4 May 1966. <br /> <br />Roger Happy, Village Clerk <br />
