EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE' OF CENTE~VILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON SgPTEMBER 9, 1970 Pur~uant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meet- ' 1ng of the Village Councilor the Village of Centerville, Minnesota, 'was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 9" 1970, at $:~O,otclock P.M. The following members were present: Riyard, Peterson, Du'pre, BarDttt. and Ha'ppy; and the following members were absent: None. Member Happy introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON D4PROVEMENT OF PELTIER LAKE DRIVE \v'HEREAS, it is propo'sed to improve Peltier Lake Drive between the Easterly'line of County Road 14 and a point approximately 495 feet East of Burque Addition No.1 as dedicated'by'grading'and surfacing in accordance with Ord1nance~:: No. 1 1+ m4~ and to assess the ben- efited property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement pursuant ~o Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TH'E VILLAGE OF CENTERVILLE, MINNE$OTA: ~. ( \' That the proposed improvement be referred to Milner W. Carley and Associates for study and that they be in- structed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the C'ouneil in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement a.s recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoin,g Resolution was duly seconded by Member Rivara and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof': Rivara ,.Peterson, Dupre t ' BarDltt..~.: and Happy; and the foll'owing voted against the same: None.
