Iv!. This was re-scheduled due to prior <br />commitments for some of the members. <br /> <br />Those present: Hayor Burque <br />Councilman Dupre <br />Councilman LaMotte <br />Councilman Peterson <br />Clerk Bourquin <br /> <br />Also present: Jerome Lehmar <br /> <br />Motion by Dupre, seconded by Peterson to approve the last months <br />minutes and also the special meeting, which was held. So carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerome Lohmar, Northern States Power representative, requested <br />the Council t'o increase four street lights, which are obsolete, from <br />4000 watt ca.ndle po1tJer to 6000. Motion by Bourquin, seconded by <br />Peterson, so carried. <br /> <br />Council asked Mayor Burque to look into purchasing a grass cutter <br />for the ball field, \'ihich is badly needed. It can also be used in other <br />locations, such as the fire hall and skating rink. <br /> <br />Floyd LaMotte requested a 3.2 beer license. Motion by Bourquin, <br />seconded by Dupre. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A discussion on the sewer project was put into a motion by Peterson, <br />and seconded by Dupre that a flat charge of $300.00 will cost the <br />home owner to tie into the main line of the Village sewer. Carried by <br />all. <br /> <br />Motion by Bourquin, seconded by Dupre, to pay the following vills: <br /> <br />1. Winnick $59.80 <br />2. Bell Telephone $24.40 <br />3.
