<br />(~) <br /> <br />(' : <br /> <br />ThruSday, March 12, 1964 <br /> <br />.l <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The regular monthly meeting was held on Thrusday, March 12, 1964, <br />instead of March 11 t because of a confiicting meeting with the fire <br />department rescue course, which was held in Hugo. <br />Those present: Mayor, Burque <br />C.ouncilman, Dupre <br />Councilman, Peterson <br />Councilman, LaMotte <br />Clerk, Bourquin <br />Treasurer, KDabe <br /> <br />~ <br />\. <br /> <br />Also present: Melvin Peterson <br /> <br />~e minutes of the Februa17 meeting were read by the Clerk and were <br />approved unamiously. Motion made by Peterson, and seconded by LaMotte. <br /> <br />Motion by Peterson and seconded by Bourquin, that a separate fund be <br />set aside lion paper only" for the parks and playgro~d budget at a figure <br />of 1300.00 _ and that anY' ~alanc. left over for that year should be carried <br />ove:r te the following year. This would or would not increase that account. <br />Motion carried b7 alJ.. <br /> <br />Olerk to check insurance policy on the fire trucks with Mark ~oule <br />at the Hugo ~ in regards to the Mutual ~d Htmicipalities. <br /> <br />Hel Peterson brought up plans fO. Eleanor Lallalle to approve on <br />the footage (J.f her lots. Motion by DJ1pre t seconded by Peterson, to approve: <br />them as they are. Hotion carried by all. . <br /> <br />Clerk is to notify Morris Carlson, Gary Barrett, and William Rehbien <br />to be at the April meeting to disc~er/p;Lans for ~ewer project. <br /> <br />Motion b7 PetersOD, seconded by ])UP!'. to pay the following bills: <br /> <br />1.
