<br />Minutes of the 23 June 1970 Meeting <br /> <br />The Village Council of Centervil1e held a special meeting to discuss <br />the road improvements in the Village. <br /> <br />:" '-~\ <br /> <br />_~AI' <br /> <br />Those present were: <br />1.~ayor Rivard <br />Clerk Happy <br /> <br />Councilman Dupre <br />Counoilman Peterson <br />Counoilman Barott <br />Also present were Tom LaValle and representatives <br />for Edison Homes. <br /> <br />After the roads in oertain seotions of the Village have been scored -r <br />the Council ,'desoided to have Mr. LaValle use his OlTn judgement as <br />to.when they should have class # 5 put on and shot with 011. <br /> <br />The Clerk shall have Mr. Gotwald check the maps to' find out if'the <br />petition signers of Peltier Lake Dr. control 35% of the abbuting <br />property on the road ~~to be improved. <br /> <br />A motion by Peterson 2nd by Dupre to issue a (Speoi'al use) Building <br />Permit to Edison Homes on Lot - 1 Block 1 Burque Addition #1, <br />providing they have some one with the know how from the Village <br />inspect the drain - field as it is oonstructed, motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting Adjourned at '11.00 P.M. <br /> <br />Roger J.
