<br />Minutes of the 11 March 1970 Meeting <br /> <br />roo, <br />\... - ) <br /> <br />The Village Coumoil of Centerville held their regular meeting <br />in the Village Hall on the 11 l~rch 1970. <br />Those present were: <br />I~Iayor Rivard <br />Treas'. Ruth Knabe <br />. Clerk Happy <br /> <br />Councilman Dupre <br />Councilman Peterson <br />Councilman Barott <br /> <br />A motion by Barott 2nd by Peterson to accept the minutes of the <br />11 Maroh 1970 meeting as presented, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Rivard suggested the Village have a five man planning board, <br />and suggested tha.t Ray luliller, Elmer l\furray, and Jim Stevens as the <br />first th;ee, and two more to be appointed at a latter date. <br /> <br />)~. Quenselwas at the meeting to see if there were a~ complaints <br />of improper use of snow mobiles in the Village limits. <br /> <br />)~. Saper of General Brokerage Co. of Minneapolis inquired if <br />there were a~ plans in the near future for ~funicipal Water and <br />Sewer in the Village, He was informed there was not. <br /> <br />Tom Dupre will install the 3 ton load limit signs. <br /> <br />Treas. Ruth Knabe will oall Dr. lufidboe, and find out if he lTould <br />be the Village Health Officer. <br /> <br />What to do about dog licensing was disoussed, and will again be <br />brought up at the next meeting. <br /> <br />~~yor Rivard will take the bill for snowplowing and grading to ~~. <br />Lundheim in Anoka for an explanation. <br /> <br />Treas. Ruth Knabe reported the Village balance to be $ 6,095.98. <br /> <br />No aotion was taken concerning the joining of the Anoka Coun~ <br />Ass'n of ~funicipalities. <br /> <br />i.~l <br /> <br />A motion by Peterson 2nd by Barott to pay the following bills, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Curtis Olson $ 15.00 Feb.
