<br />Minutes of the 10 November Special Meeting <br /> <br />The Village Council held a special meeting in the school Auditorium, <br />for the purpose o~ discussing a proposed Mobil Home Park in the <br />Village limits. <br />Those p~esent were: <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />~Iayor l.f. Rivard <br />Clerk R. Ha.ppy <br /> <br />Councilman G. Barott <br /> <br />Councilman M. 'Dupre <br /> <br />Councilman J. Peterson <br />Also present were representatives of the Centenial School District, <br />and. the Anoka Coun~ Health Dept. and a majori~ of the residents of <br />Centerville Village. <br /> <br />The following problems were discussed, <br /> <br />A.- The tax problem of l~iobil Homes. <br />B.- The impact of over 500 new residents in a short period of time. <br />C.- The water pollution in the surrounding Lakes. <br />D.- The valuation of the adjacent proper~. <br />E.- The School District. <br />F.- The Sewer and Water problems. <br />G.- Police and Fire Protection. <br />H.- The sentements of most residents is that the town should <br />expand with a normal rate of grouth with custom homes being <br />built on lots defined in Ordinanoe NO. 10. <br /> <br />The Anoka Coun~ Health Dept. disproved of the proposed Mobil Home Court. <br />The Centenial Sohool Dist. did not commit it self etg&r for or against. <br /> <br />A petion was presented to the Village Council by Ge~e Tracy, Wayne Meyer <br />and Leon A~Llier containing the signatures of 163 residents of the <br />Village. that are opposed to the proposed Mobil Home Park. <br /> <br />Meeting Adjourned at 11:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Roger J.
