<br />IvIinutes of the 7 August 1968 )feeting <br /> <br />The Village Council of Centerville held their regular meeting in <br />the Village Hall on the 1 August 1968. <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />Those present were: Mayor Barott Counoilman Dupre <br />Counoilman Rivard Counoilman Peterson <br />Clerk Happy <br /> <br />The Minutes of 10 July 1968 were read, a motion by Peterson 2nd. <br />by Barott to acoept the Minutes as presented, motion oarried. <br /> <br />A motion by Peterson 2nd by Dupre to allow Northwestern Bell <br />Telephone, Co. to install und~r-ground lines on t~e LaMotte Road, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />}~. (Bud) ~~rcel1o was at the meeting to present his objeotions <br />to the future Air Port, after hearing V~. ~~rcellots objeotions <br />against the future Air Port the Council deoided it was best to <br />be informed on both sides of the issue before a~ aotion would <br />be taken. <br /> <br />The following Eleotion Judges were agreed upon by the Council, <br />}1rs. Le i bel,' l\tTrs. Dupre BInd ltrs. Lindgren. <br /> <br />l-Jr. Rivard will follolf through on having Gas heat installed in <br />the Village Hall. <br /> <br />~~. Bob Burman was at the meeting to discuss the installation of <br />signal flashers on the interseotion of Main Street and Centerville <br />Road, as the cost of this would have to be born by the Village <br />it was descided to have new 4 way stop signs installed by the <br />County. <br /> <br />(~ <br /> <br />1~. AI. Burque wa.s at the meeting to request the Council to inspect <br />the road he wants the Village to accept, this will be done as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br />A motion by Rivard 2nd by Peterson to allow St. Genevieve Church <br /> <br /> <br />. .
