Request for Variance to Enlarge <br />Garage to Include a Third-Stall Extending into the Side DrainagelUtility Easement <br /> <br />Mr. Qamhieh stated that there is 70 feet from the front of his house to the street. He would <br />like to build another garage stall on the west side of his current garage. He has measured <br />several times and stated that would still leave an easement of 6'6", so he is requesting a <br />variance of 3'6"- 4' from the required 10' easement.
