<br />RI(:IE CRIEIEK W A TIERSUIED DISTRI(:T <br />Notice of Receipt of Permit Application <br /> <br />Permit Number: 08-054 <br />Permit Name: Centerville 2009 Street & Utility Improvements <br />Received: 9/2/2008 <br />Potential Board Action at Meeting on: 9/24/2008 <br />(note that this date is not applicable if the application is deemed incomplete and/or if the <br />application requires WCA noticing - see below) <br /> <br />Please note that permit applications requiring Wetland Conservation Act Noticing have to <br />be submitted approximately 40 days prior to the Board meeting date (4th Wed. of each <br />month) in order to be considered at that meeting. <br /> <br />The above-referenced permit application is now being reviewed by our office. Please refer to <br />the attached schedule explaining the application process and pertinent dates. <br /> <br />You may make a personal appearance at the Board meeting if you so desire, although it is not <br />necessary for you to appear unless notjfied by the District. The Board of Managers meets at <br />9:00 a.m. at the Shoreview City Hall located at 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, MN. <br />The Board of Managers regularly considers permit applications only at their fourth- <br />Wednesday-of-the-month meeting. If you have questions regarding your Application status <br />please contact the District Office to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving a permit. <br /> <br />Please refer to the Permit Application Number above on all calls/submittals.
