<br />supplies, steel supplies, coal, heavy equipment, feed and grain and similar goods. <br />SUPPL Y YARDS do not include the wrecking, salvaging, dismantling or storage of <br />automobiles and similar vehicles. <br /> <br />TOWNHOUSE. Single-family, attached units in structures housing three or more <br />continuous dwelling units, sharing a common wall, each having separate and individual <br />front and rear entrances; the structures being as of a row house type as distinguished from <br />multiple-dwelling apartment buildings. <br /> <br />TRA VEL TRAILERS. A mobile vehicle with wheels, designed for overnight living <br />or camping purposes, capable of being towed by a motor vehicle. <br /> <br />UNIT-MOBILE HOME PARK. A section of ground in a mobile home park of not <br />less than 7,500 square feet of unoccupied space in an area designated as the location for <br />one mobile home, off-street parking space for two automobiles and other uses considered <br />pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home residence as permitted by this <br />chapter. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) <br />USABLE OPEN SPACE. A ground area on a lot, which is graded, developed, <br />landscaped or equipped or intended and maintained for recreation or leisure, available to <br />and usable by persons occupying a dwelling unit and their guests. <br /> <br />USE, PERMITTED. A use that is permitted in the district under which it is listed. <br /> <br />VARIANCE. The waiving by Board action of the literal provisions of the zoning <br />chapter in instances where their strict enforcement would cause undue hardship because <br />of circumstances unique to the individual property under consideration. <br /> <br />VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self-propelled or designed to be pushed or pulled <br />and shall include but not be limited to automobiles, busses, motorbikes, motorcycles, <br />motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, golf carts, campers, trailers, boats, planes and <br />gliders. <br /> <br />VEHICLE, ABANDONED. Any vehicle as defined in this section, which does not <br />have lawfully affixed or attached thereto an unexpired state registration or license plate or <br />plates, or the condition of which is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, <br />inoperative, abandoned or discarded. <br /> <br />WATER-ORIENTED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE OR FACILITY. A small <br />above-ground building or other improvement except stairways, fences, docks and <br />retaining walls which, because of the relationship of its use to a surface water feature, <br />reasonably needs to be located closer to public waters than the normal structure setback. <br />Examples of these structures and facilities include boathouses, gazebos, screen houses, <br />fish houses, pump houses and detached decks. <br /> <br />WETLAND.
