Ord. passed 9-8-2004) Penalty, see ~ 150.99 <br /> <br />COSTS <br /> <br />~ 150.60 REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CERTAIN <br />DEVELOPMENTS. <br /> <br />The city encourages the development and redevelopment of lands within the city. It shall be the <br />general policy of the city that private developments shall not be subsidized by the city, but shall pay all <br />costs associated with such development or redevelopment, including but not limited to staff time and <br />consulting fees. When practical, the city shall require development agreements with adequate security <br />to ensure that city costs are reimbursed by the developer or property owner. <br /> <br />~ 150.99 PENALTY. <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty ofa misdemeanor. <br /> <br />9 <br />
