We have used the facilities the past <br />years and it is much appreciated from the association that you have been able to honor this request in the <br />past years and hope you are this year as well. <br /> <br />CYHA has just finished with A level tryouts for traveling teams and have formed their teams. I have had <br />the request by some to schedule dryland. Initiation level will be done middle of October. If this is <br />approved by the city and Parks & Rec Board, please send over the Park User Terms and Conditions that <br />needs to be signed. If it is the same from last year, I still have a copy and can sign and return promptly. <br /> <br />Attached you will find a copy of the "Dry Land Practice Scheduling Memo" that will be given to all <br />CYHA coaches, committee members and board members around the week of October 5th. Please review <br />the information" As Soon As Possible", and contact me with your approval and changes/additions, <br />as appropriate.
