APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br />Consent A..~, Item 1 -Added: Page 9 <br />Awards/Presentations/A~pearances -Added: Item 1 Centerville Lion's Request to Use Old <br />Public Works Site, 7087 - 20th Avenue, for 2008 Haunted House (October 17, 18, 24, and <br />25, 2008) <br />New Business, Item 2 -Added: a. Parks & Rec. Research ofNon-Phosphorus Fertilizer in <br />Parks <br />New Business -Added: Item 5 Parks & Recreation Recommendation to Purchase Rock <br />Climbing Wall from Midwest Playscapes/Playworld RBS-510 or Equivalent -Not to <br />Exceed $5,200 (Conditioned Upon Funds Provided By Deadbroke Saddle Club Donation) <br />New Business -Added: Item 6 Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation for an <br />additional $693 for YMCA Summer Programs - (Payable to YMCA) -Council Approved <br />$1,000 in February <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
