<br />December 14, 2004 <br /> <br />Mr. Don Martin <br />6923 Tourville Circle <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> <br />On July 30, 2004 a letter was fOlwarded to you regarding debris (ladders, hoses, <br />lawnmowers, etc.) located near your garage in your yard. You were informed about <br />Ordinance violations and penalties. You were given an opportunity to appeal. <br /> <br />You were notified of a meeting for appeal and a letter was forwarded to the City and <br />received on August 27, 2004. You were forwarded a copy of a Council Agenda on <br />September 1, 2004 for the Council meeting of September 8, 2004 where your Appeal <br />Complaint! Abatement was discussed. You failed to appear. <br /> <br />On December 8, 2004 Council again revisited your debris issue and motioned to allow <br />you ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter to abate same.
