Resolution #05-045 - Appointment of Police Chief <br /> <br />Council Member Lee stated Council was previously asked if they would like to consider <br />and appoint the interim police chief as police chief. He added the Centennial Lakes Joint <br />Powers Governing Board unanimously would like to approve the appointment. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Terwav. seconded bv Council Member Paar to aoorove <br />Resolution #05-045 as oresented. AD in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />2. Resolution #05-046 - Fund Closeout 2005 <br /> <br />Mr. Larson stated this resolution provides the opportunity to close funds that have been <br />on the books for several years; all requirements have been met. He added the reason <br />some funds have minus dollars is because the project ran over but assessments were <br />already established so there is no opportunity to recover these dollars. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Pur to aoorove <br />Resolution #05-046 as oresented.
