PClJ( (651) 429-8629 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA CITY OF CENTERVILLE RESOLUTION # 05-049 A RESOLUTION ASSESSING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITY RECOUPING ITS COSTS FOR PUBLIC WORKS' CLEANUP OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 6923 TOURVILLE CIRCLE, CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA (pIN #R23-31-22-31-0018) WHEREAS, the City requested that the property owner abate debris (ladders, hoses, lawnmowers, etc.) (Nuisance) from the property on numerous occasions (January 21, 2005, December 14, 2004, and July 30,2004); and WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification of the above requests along with the appeal process (via certified mail); and WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification of its right to reimburse itself for the associated cleanup costs through the 429.101 process if said violation was not abated within its given timeframe and Council ordered its cleanup on February 11,2005; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property was given proper notification of a public hearing (October 12, 2005) to consider the assessment of $627.50 to be placed on the property taxes of PIN #R23-31-22-31-0018 payable in 2006. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1) That the Finance Director or the City Clerk of the City of Centerville forward this resolution to the Anoka County Property Tax Division for the assessment of $627.50 to be placed on PIN #R23-31-22-31-0018 payable in 2006 for expenditures associate with the cleanup at the residence on February 11, 2005.
