To date the <br />site has yet to be restored to its previous condition as previously requested leaving the <br />City no other option but to exercise its rights. <br /> <br />You are hereby notified that the City will be holding a public hearing to consider special <br />assessing your property the fees associated with the City abating this nuisance per <br />Minnesota State Statute 429.101 on September 14, 2005 at the City's regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting. The proposed amount to be assessed to your property tax is $650.
