This is a violation of City Ordinance <br />#4, Division 45: Temporary Dwellings and Structures. <br /> <br />It has also been brought to the City's attention that you are renting the residence without <br />City registration. This is also a violation of City Ordinance #38, Housing Code: <br />Registration of Rental Units, 38.01. <br /> <br />I have enclosed copies of both ordinances and a rental unit application. The fee for a <br />rental unit is $55.00/year and must be submitted to the City along with the completed <br />application.
