<br />Subsection 2.14. Studies and Analvses Used for BBut ForB Determination. <br /> <br />The following studies and analyses have been undertaken and reviewed in order to make the "but for" <br />findings provided for in the approving resolution of the City, as required pursuant to Section 469.177, <br />Subd. 3, clause 2 of the Tax Increment Financing Act: Such studies and analyses are on file in the office <br />of the Finance Director. <br /> <br />Subsection 2.15. Modification of Tax Increment FinancinG District No. 1-6 and/or Tax Increment <br />FinancinG Plan. <br /> <br />As of Auaust 24. 2005, no modifications to Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-6 or the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan therefore have been made. <br /> <br />Subsection 2.16 Prior Planned ImDrovements. <br /> <br />In the 18 months prior to the city's public hearing to consider approving the Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan for Tax Increment Financing District 1-6, no building permits have been issued on parcels included <br />in the proposed Tax Increment Financing District. <br /> <br />Subsection 2. 17.
