CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />September 2, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on September 2, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Chair D. Love <br />Vice Chair Thomas Wood ~ 0 <br />Commissioner Mark Pangell O <br />Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher O <br />Commissioner Darren Mosher ~ 0 <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Roland Parucci <br />COUNCIL: Council Member Broussard-Vickers <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR <br />The Commissioners discussed the vacant Chair position. There was a consensus that <br />Commissioner Love would be nominated for the Chair position, which would open the Vice Chair <br />position. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, to nominate <br />Commissioner Thomas Wood as Vice Chair.
