<br />14. Section 154.151 is inserted to include missing language that was part of <br />Ordinance 3, Second Series. <br />15. 154.201 previously 154.015 was modified to adopt the Table one. Also clarifies <br />minimum residential building sizes. This was previously buried in Table One. <br />16. Table one has been modified to reduce front yard setback from 35 to 30 feet in R- <br />2A zoning district. <br />17. 154.204 previously 154.018 confirms minimum dwelling size at 24 feet for M-2 <br />district. <br />18. 154.204 previously 154.018 F requires continuous perimeter footing and <br />foundation for dwellings. <br />19. 154.213 previously Section 154.023 relates to site plan review and requires <br />submittal of electronic copies of plans. <br />20. 154.220 previously 154.110 Incorporates a number of new requirements for <br />fences. Diagrams will be included for illustrative purposes. Includes language <br />requiring fences for permanent swimming pools. <br />21. 154.231 A,4,a, previously 154.130 requires parking area setback for non <br />residential uses shall be 20 feet when abutting a residential use or zone. <br />22. 154.240 previously 154.140 Shoreland rules were left with 75 foot setbacks from <br />lakes except that docks must now be 10 feet from side property line. <br />23.154.270 previously 154.170 will be modified to substitute Ordinance 19, Second <br />Series that modified parking requirements. <br />24. 154.271 previously 154.171 Tree Planting. Policy will now be that trees should be <br />planted at least 15 feet from the curb and out of the right of way. Code will refer <br />to "front-yard trees" rather than "boulevard trees." This will clarify responsibility <br />for tree maintenance and will reduce conflicts with public utilities where trees <br />have been planted close to the curb. <br />25. 154.410 Variance language is modified in light of recent court rulings and to <br />reflect state law requirement. <br />26. 154.330 Interim Use permits. This section was added allow permits to be issued <br />for temporary or time specific periods. <br /> <br />Complete text of these Chapters may be obtained from City Hall. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible.
