City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 12, 2005 <br />Council Member Paar stated Centerville is the most affected City of the project. He <br />added he is in favor of the project but feels it will be redone in the future. Ms. Sivgarajah <br />stated the scope of the project has changed drastically and it will impact the City; <br />however, benefits include cost savings on items such as water and sewer. She added the <br />MOU needs to be signed in order to start the final design. <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1.Mr. Don Martin – 6923 Tourville Circle – Yard Cleanup/Special Assessment - <br />$627.50 <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to open the <br />public hearing at 8:10 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />There was no one wishing to speak. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to close the <br />public hearing at 8:11 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the special assessment of $627.50 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VII.
