City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />November 12, 2008 <br />Under IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES, added Item 3, Council Goals/Objectives <br />2009 <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee, to <br />approve the November 12, 2008, Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING <br />1. Delinquent Sewer/Water/Garbage Services Certification/Assessments Payable in <br />2009 <br />Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:36 p.m. <br />City Administrator Larson stated that letters were sent to all residents approximately 14 <br />days prior to the Public Hearing date. <br />Mayor Capra asked if anyone would like to make a comment regarding this Public <br />Hearing. <br />No one came forward to speak. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee to <br />close the Public Hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra closed the Public Hearing 6:37 p.m. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. October 22, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Capra made the following change to the October 22, 2008, City Council Meeting <br />Minutes: <br />On Page 2 of 6, Changes to Minutes, Second Paragraph, change "Eagle Trail" to "Eagle <br />Pass." <br />Councilmember Lee made the following change to the October 22, 2008, City Council <br />Meeting Minutes: Page 6 of 6, under Adjournment, in the Motion for Adjournment, the <br />titles of those making and seconding the motion should be changed from "Commissioner <br />Paar" and "Commissioner Broussard-Vickers" to "Council Member Paar" and "Council <br />Member Broussard-Vickers." <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br />October 22, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes, as amended.
