Setback - Item 16 on Code Changes <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that the front yard setback change, from 35 feet to 30 feet <br />in Item 16 of the Code Changes, will be incorporated, unless there are requests for more <br />changes. <br /> <br />3. Vacant Planning and Zoning Commissioner Position <br /> <br />Commissioner Mosher inquired about the vacant Commissioner position. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the City now has two applicants for the position. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. October 7. 2008. Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Parucci requested the following change to the Minutes: <br /> <br />On page 3 of 3, under New Business, Creative Kids Daycare Request for Sign Permit, the <br />motion should be changed to show that Commissioner Parmcci opposed the motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Paneell. seconded by Commissioner Thomas Wood. to <br />auurove the Minutes of October 7. 2008. as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />VIII. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood. seconded by Commissioner Paneell. to adiourn the <br />November 3. 2008. Plannine and Zonine Commission Meetine. All in favor.
