<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />1880 9d.ain StTYtet, Centervi/Ie, 9d.2V 55038 <br />651-429-3232or'FaJ(651-429-8629 <br /> <br />'L.;tabflshel{ 1857 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />Res. #08- tJ.37- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. #08-015 ORDERING <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Res. #08-015 adopted by the City Council on June 11, 2008, <br />ordered the 2009 Street Improvement project, more fully described on the <br />attached Exhibit B (Improvement Description), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council authorized plans and specification and solicited <br />bids for parts 1-18 as described on the attached Exhibit B, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to modify the project by <br />reducing its scope. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Res. #08-015 ordering the improvement is amended to remove <br />watermain and service line construction from items 1 and 2 of the <br />project description of the attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br />2. The Res. #08-015 ordering the improvement is amended to delete <br />streets identified as items 3 and 19 through 23 as shown on the attached <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br />3.
