City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />November 3, 2008 <br />2. Setback -Item 16 on Code Changes <br />City Administrator Larson stated that the front yard setback change, from 35 feet to 30 feet <br />in Item 16 of the Code Changes, will be incorporated, unless there are requests for more <br />changes. <br />Vacant Planning and Zoning Commissioner Position <br />Commissioner Mosher inquired about the vacant Commissioner position. <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the City now has two applicants for the position. <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />October 7, 2008, Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Commissioner Parucci requested the following change to the Minutes: <br />On page 3 of 3, under New Business, Creative Kids Daycare Request for Sign Permit, the <br />motion should be changed to show that Commissioner Parrucci opposed the motion. <br />Motion by Commissioner Pangell, seconded by Commissioner Thomas Wood, to <br />approve the Minutes of October 7, 2008, as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VIII. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Pangell, to adiourn the <br />November 3, 2008, Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. All in favor.
