<br />GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS <br /> <br />tJJ,.~S EASEMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made this L 'f r--day of <br />,2008, by and between Brent Meyer, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and <br />the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota, as Grantee, hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> <br />The Grantor, in consideration of the additional sum of Two thousand four hundred dollars <br />($2,400.00) and other good and valuable consideration to him/her in hand paid by the City, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to <br />CITY, its successors and assigns, forever, a perpetual easement for construction of a sign and <br />electric lighting service, over, across, on, under, and through land situated within the County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, legally described on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />INCLUDING the rights of the City, its contractors, agents, servants, and assigns, to enter <br />upon the Permanent Easement Premises at all reasonable times to construct, install, reconstruct, <br />inspect, repair, and maintain the sign and electrical lighting service, over, across, on, under, and <br />through the Permanent Easement Premises, together with the right to grade, level, fill, drain and <br />excavate the Permanent Easement Premises, and the further right to remove trees, bushes, <br />undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the construction, installation, maintenance, <br />inspection and repair of the sign and the Permanent Easement Premises. <br /> <br />The above-named Grantor, for himself/herself, his/her successors, heirs, and assigns, <br />does covenant with the City, its successors and assigns, that he/she is well seized in fee title of <br />the above-described Permanent Easement Premises; that he/she has the sole right to grant and <br />convey the easements to the City; that there are no unrecorded interests in the Permanent <br /> <br />Easement Meyer-2008 <br />
