<br />CHAPTER 153: SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to Chapter 153: Amendments 153.44 and 153.45 <br />PURPOSE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS: <br />Planning for community development. <br />EXPLANATION OF SUBSTANTIVE AMENDMENTS: <br />New utilities to be constructed underground. New requirements for manufactured home <br />developments. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 154: ZONING CODE <br />TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to Chapter 154: Amendments 154.004, 154.015, 154.018, 154.050-154.057, 154.110, <br />154.130,154.140,154.150,154.170,154.180,154.181, 154.210, 154.263, 154.310, 154.320, <br />154.330 and Appendix A. Chapter 154 is renumbered and reorganized as Chapter 156. <br />PURPOSE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS: <br />Planning for community development. Renumber and reorganize Chapter for easy of use. <br />EXPLANATION OF SUBSTANTIVE AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to fencing regulation; structural setbacks; parking space requirements; and landscaping. <br />Changes to procedures and standards for obtaining variances, conditional use permits, and <br />interim use permits. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 156: ZONING CODE <br />TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS: <br />Changes to Chapter 156: Entirely new chapter added to code of ordinances.
