Centervir{e,:MJV 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . rf'~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-028 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />AS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED EXHffiIT "7050-20th Avenue South/6985- <br />21st Avenue" ACCURATELY REFLECTING ITS CURRENT USE AND ZONING <br />THIS PROPERTY WILL BE COMPRISED OF TWO SEPARATE ZONING <br />DISTRICTS (R-l, 10 ACRE PARCEL, 300' North-South and 1,430' East-West, IN <br />THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER ABUTTING 21ST AVENUE & INDUSTRIAL <br />IN THE REMAINING PORTION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on June 7, <br />2005 to consider and obtain public input of the aforementioned amendment and motioned <br />its recommendation to City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of June 8, 2005 <br />considered the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation and concurred with <br />their motion; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTER VILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1.
