<br /> <br />..entervi((e <br /> <br />'Esta6fished 1857 <br /> <br />1880 ?dain Street, Centenlifle, ?d1V 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or 'Fax.. 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Res. #08-0.a1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING DATE FOR <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON 2009 IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A hearing has been scheduled for the 2009 Street Improvement Project, more <br />specifically described on the attached "Exhibit C," for the 7th day of January, 2009, at St. <br />Genevieve Parish Community Center, at 6:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for <br />such improvement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal notice for the hearing was lacking certain required information, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to reschedule the hearing in order to provide a complete <br />legal notice of the public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The public hearing for the 2009 Street Improvement shall be rescheduled to January 21, <br />2009 at St. Genevieve Parish Community Center, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the <br />proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks <br />prior to the hearing and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
