Plan to connect all existing sidewalks <br />. Pedestrian connects to downtown - interconnects the community <br />. Remnant parcels from reconnecting of 14 to the city <br />· Those of economic value - 1st right of refusal - park opportunity <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION: <br />. Signals at 21st Avenue <br />. Intersection near gas station <br />. Discussion with Anoka County Park and Ride lots <br />· Consolidate with existing church lot <br />.
