<br />Fw: City Right of Way /Easement <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />violation. I am concerned that I have not been contacted regarding this issue. I am <br />confident that as a council member living across the street from me, you would have brought <br />this to my attention if warranted. As you know the fence, tree and misc bushes have been <br />there for years, with no consequence. <br />Would you please let me know what to do and who to contact regarding this matter? I really <br />do believe that it would be unfair to force us to cut down the tree and pull the other items out <br />since this must be some new ordinance or a push to enforce something which was never a <br />problem in the past. <br />Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
