Centerviffe, :MJIf 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . !f'~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05 - 023 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REZONING WHICH REQUIRES <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS AS OUTLINED IN ORDINANCE <br />#83 & EXHffiIT A (SEE ATTACHED) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on May 3, <br />2005 to consider and obtain public input of the aforementioned Ordinance and motioned <br />its recommendation to City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 11, 2005 <br />adopted Ordinance #83 and Exhibit A (See Attached); and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the City Administrator or their designee shall ensure that the <br />comprehensive plan amendments to incorporate the rezoning as referred to <br />in Ordinance #83 are submitted to the Metropolitan Council for <br />consideration and all documentation associated with the comprehensive <br />plan amendments are hereby approved and shall be recorded and become <br />official record of the City ofCenterville. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day of May, 2005 <br /> <br />I1Jc~ ~tU <br />Mary Capra( ayor <br /> <br />~~~ ~~~ <br /> <br />. <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
