Transmitted <br />herewith are 10 copies of the Bid Tabulation for your information and file. Copies will also be distributed <br />to each Bidder. <br /> <br />There were a total of 6 Bids. Alternate #1 provides for the installation of chemical scales at Well #1 <br />and Well #2. These scales will monitor the usage of polyphosphate and chlorine at Well # 1 and <br />polyphosphate, chlorine and fluoride at Well #2. We feel the alternate amount is reasonable and <br />recommend the Council accept it for a Total Proiect Cost of $156.43 7.00. <br /> <br />These bids have been reviewed and found to be in order. All of the above Contractors have proven they <br />are capable of performing the work associated with this type of Project.
