(2) (a) The following optional provisions identified in the most current edition of the Minnesota Building Code are hereby adopted and incorporated as part of the building code for the city: Minn. Rules ~~ 1306, 1306.0020, Subd. 2, and 1306.0030, Item E, Option #1. (b) This city also adopts Minn. Rules Chapter 1335, Floodproofing Regulations, parts 1335.0600 to 1335.1200 and Appendix Chapter K (Grading), of the 2002 Supplement to the 2000 International Building Code.
