Ordinance #16 - Use of Highways Within the City of Centerville and The <br />Imposing Penalties for the Violation Thereof. Section #4 - Review <br /> <br />This item will be discussed at the November meeting. <br /> <br />2. Re-Schedule November 2,2004 Meeting (General Election) <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to reschedule the November meeting for November 1, 2004. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A man addressed the Commission and indicated he was interested in purchasing the <br />house next to City Hall for a small auto dealership. He then asked whether it would be <br />possible to have such a business in that location. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the matter and he was informed that the property would need <br />to be rezoned and it is not likely that the City would do so as that side of the street is <br />residential and to rezone this parcel could be considered spot zoning. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
