(RESPECTIVELY) <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the requested rezone corrections as stated <br />above. The parcels are less than the required 10 acre minimum and are zoned R-I (Rural <br />Residential). The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, October 5,2004 and Wednesday, <br />October 13, 2004, respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the <br />meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above request and the possibility of <br />granting the rezone as requested. Both public hearings will be held in Council Chambers <br />located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible.
