CFaxJ651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05 - 004 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BANK SIGNATURE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofCenterville has experienced an election and turnover of members (seats - Mayor and <br />two (2) Council); and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the following individuals will have signature authority for all banking and <br />investment accounts for the City of Centerville, effective January 12, 2005 until further <br />notice: Finance Director, Mr. John Meyer; Mayor Mary Capra; and Acting Mayor Mr. <br />Tom Lee.
